<br /> <br />other activities are known to occur in the area of the monitoring wells. <br />The data seem to indicate that the activity is impacting all three wells, <br />almost concurrently, which would imply communication between all the <br />aquifers underlying American Soda's lease area. Therefore, water level, <br />as one of the most sensitive parameters for identifying connections <br />between aquifers and mining operations, needs to be continuously <br />monitored. <br />As I noted above, I believe that several issues remain to be resolved before the Draft <br />Area Permit should be issued.
