Frequency and Sample Type <br />In order to obtain an indication of the probable compliance or non- <br />compliance with the effluent limitations specified in Part 1.A, the <br />permittee shall monitor all effluent parameters at the following <br />frequencies: <br />(a) Outfalls 001, 002 and 003 <br />Effluent Parameter Measurement Frequency d/ Sample Type e/ <br />Flow, MCD <br />Total Suspended Solids, mg/1 <br />Total Iron, mg/1 <br />011 and Crease, mg/1 f/ <br />pH, s.u. <br />Settleable Solids, ml/1 ~/ <br />Weekly Instantaneous <br /> or Continuous <br />Monthly Crab <br />Monthly Crab <br />Weekly Visual or Grab <br />Weekly Grab <br />Monthly Grab <br />Reporting of the above data shall be on a quarterly basis. Refer to <br />Part I.D.2 for specific requirements. Should a precipitation event or <br />saowmelt occur, the permittee shall submit proof in order for an <br />exemption [o be claimed. Said proof shall be submitted as an <br />attachment to the Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) for the <br />appropriate period. <br />Sampling for compliance with the monitoring requirements specified <br />above shall be performed at the following locations(s): ovtfalls 001, <br />002 and 003, as shown in Figure 1. <br />Monitoring by the Division for the purpose of compliance and/or <br />enforcement of the effluent limitations shall be performed as per <br />"Sample Type" specified above. <br />See Part I.C. for Footnotes. <br />Code: 1 - 9 Date: 9 - 84 <br />
