Cooley
also agreed to minimize removal of trees and existing ground
vegetation destruction during in installing the improvements
required by UD&FCD, and to revegetate any areas that are disturbed
during installation of these improvements. These commitments
required revising 1 page of Exhibit D and 1 page of Exhibit E.
I've included one dopy underlining each revision, and a new set of
these two Exhibits since the revisions caused the pagination of the
pages to change slightly.
The changes also changed some of the details on the map exhibits.
On the Mining Plan Map, the slurry wall location changed slightly,
and the note on the 250' setback for the slurry wall location was
added. On the Reclamation Plan Map, the northern boundary of the
reservoir changed slightly to conform to the new slurry wall
location. Since I know you have a harder time making more copies
of the map exhibits, I've included two new sets of all of the map
exhibits. If you need any more, please let me know.'
I hope this completes this case, and unless I hear further from
you, I'll assume this does. If anything else is needed, please let
me know.
Sincerely,
RO~ N . f~g
cc: Cooley Gravel Company, c/o Mike Reefer
