To finalize our adequacy response to you on the Maryland Creek Ranch application, we include
the following:
1. Proof of mailing to the Summit County Clerk of Mr. Steabell's letter of October 8, 1996 to
you regarding slopes and plant material.
2. Proof of mailing to the Summit County Clerk of ot~ Srst adequacy response on October 11,
1996.
3. Documents from the proliminary drainage plea to Summit County showing that the two
detention ponds will hold the 100 veer develoaed runoff of 1.4 acre feet and the flush from the
first 1 /2" of rain of 0.9 acre feet for water quality purposes for a total of 2.3 acre feet of storage.
