M-99-063 <br />Dear Mr. Vasquez: <br />On July 2, 1999, the Division of Minerals and Geology received your 110 Construction Materials Reclamation <br />Permit application for the Red Wolf Quarry, which is located in Larimer Counts. All comment and review <br />periods becan on Juh~ 2, 1999. The decision date for}our application is scheduled for August 2, 1999. <br />Newspaper publication of a notice regarding the filing of your application and transmittal of a copy' of the notice <br />to all owners of record of surface rights and all owners of record of lands that are within 200 feet of the boundan <br />of the affected land is required within ] 0 days after submittal. You must submit proof of the notice and mailings, <br />such as Certified Mail - Retum Receipt Requested, to the Division of Minerals and Geology prior to the decision <br />date. Additionally, any changes or additions to the application on file in our office must also be reflected in the <br />public review copy which has been placed with the Larimer County Clerk and Recorder. <br />The Division is reviewing tour application to determine whether it is adequate to meet the requirements of the <br />Act.
