The application is incomplete. Additional material required to make the application <br />complete is described below. <br />2. The project qualifies as coal exploration rather than coal mining. <br />Your project will substantially disturb the natural land surface. Therefore you wilt be <br />required to submit a bond to cover the cost of reclamation. The Division has <br />calculated the liability to be $149,644. A copy of the detailed estimate is enclosed. <br />There are two issues to address with the application. <br />(a) Please notify the Division when the exploration license is issued by the <br />Bureau of Land Management.
