October 29, 1997
•
AGILE STONE SYSTEMS, INC.
KRIEGER RESIDENCE
0215 MEADOWDALE LANE
PARKDALE,COLORADO
OCTOBER 21, 1997
Purpose
This investigation was conducted to document the existing condition of the Brown
residence at 0215 Meadowdale Lane, Parkdale, Colorado.
Procedure
Present at the inspection were Mr. Krieger (owner and occupant) and Phil Musial (of
Vibra-Tech Engineers). The log home was built around 1995 without a basement. The
inspection consisted of examination of the residential exterior and interior. Mr. Krieger
requested that no pictures be taken of the interior, so a taped voice description was
• utilized. The transcript of the interior inspection is located at the end of this report.
The condition of the inspected sections of the structures may change after the date of
inspection due to many factors such as weather, fire, moisture, actions taken by the
owners, or the passage of time. This report deals with the condition of the structures at
the time of inspection.
The following report is based upon an examination of only those portions of the structures
that were readily accessible and could be visually inspected from the ground. No
inspection was made in areas obstructed, concealed, closed off; or in any area which
required dismantling, removal or movement of any object.
Photographs aze attached to the rear of this report.
Roll #1
Exterior of Residence
Photos #1-2) Identification photos of the east side from the southeast -residence lacks
gutters or a drainage system.
. Photo #3) South side, foundation -air bubbles and spalling of concrete foundation.
