of the Rules and Regulations of Colorado Mined Land Reclamation,
• that the sediment pond at McClane Canyon Mine was constructed
as described in the McClane Canyon Mining and Reclamation
Permit Application (CO-004-80) and revisions to that permit;
specifically, that revision which was approved May 2, 1983.
