Effluent Limitations <br />PART I <br />Beginning no later than the effective date of this permit and lasting through Aptil 30, 2000, the permittee is authorized to <br />discharge from outfalls 002, 004, 005, 006, 007, 008, 009, 011 and 012. <br />In accordance with the Water Quality Control Commission Regulations for Effluent Limitations, Section 10. ].3, and Regulations <br />for the Slate Discharge Permit System, Section 6.9.2, 5 C.C.R.
