Her letter is in response to the Divisions notice of the September 18, 1997 Informal
Conference on Agile Stone Systems permit application for the proposed Parkdale Project.
This letter is considered to be a statement of issues by a party to the hearing, objecting to approval
of your application. You should do your best to answer these concems directly to Clean Water
Action. Any changes you consider to alleviate these concems should be added to your permit
application.
Sincerely,
Larry D. ehler
Environmental Protection Specialist
enclosure
cc: Jim Stevens, DMG
M:+LSSV'MM\TEMPMOSJALB'_ LDO
