The hydrologic impacts of the mining operation are presented in the
Probable Hydrologic Consequences Section, page 780-144-1. In the
unlikely event that proximate contamination, diminution or interruption
does occur, Cyprus Western Coal Company owns a substantial supply of
decreed senior surface water rights, both direct flow and storage, to
provide any necessary mitigation {Permit Renewal Table 2, CYCC/
Twentymile Water Rights).
