It can be in the form of metes d bounds survey or a description by reference to township, range, and section, to at least the nearest quarter-quarter section. Where applicable, the street address or lot number(s) may be used. EXHIBIT B - Mininy Plan Tnis can be a general discussion of the methods, equipment, phases or stages of the operation and tnose areas of land affected oy each. The plan should be correlated with the rrtap and should show where extraction will oeyin, and which direction, if any, it wilt proceed. • EXHIBIT C - Map Tnis map should clearly define the permit boundaries and contain sufficient information to determine the location of the affected land on the yround and existing and proposed roads or access routes to oe used in connection with the ;Wining operation. All immediately adjacent landowners of record must oe shown. The quarter section corner, section line, or any other locataole points should also be shown on Chis snap. EXHIBIT D -Wildlife, Water Resources, Vegetation and Soils Information cacn of the aoovelnentioned subjects must be addressed as outlined in the applicaole Rule. EXHIBIT E -Reclamation Plan As ,vith the :Wining plan, this should be a general discussion of the methods, equipment, phases or stayes of the reclamation process and those portions of land affected oy each. If possible, the plan should be closely correlated with the snap. If not, the narrative must be comprehensive enough to draw an accurate verbal picture of the expected appearance of the area after completion of reclamation.
