These Bylaws may be altered or repealed and Bylaws may <br />be made at any meeting of the Board of Directors, if notice of the proposed alteration or <br />repeal, or bylaw to be made, is contained in the notice of such meeting, by the• , <br />affirmative vote of a majority of the Board of Directors, or by unanimous written consent <br />of a majority of the directors. <br />Section 2.
