Gnany Division Director Natural Resource Trustee The Division of Minerals and Geology (Division) has received and has completed a review of the subject Discharge Monitoring Reports for the 151 and 2nd Quarters 2005 as submitted under your letter of August 2, 2005, to the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment. We note that the 1St Quarter reports were submitted with the 2nd Quarter reUOrts. Also, the CDPHE permit COG-85008 requires the reports to be submitted by the 2811, day of the month following closure of a quarter (Part 1, Page 10). We require the reports as required by the CDPHE. The 2nd Quarter reports were mailed (date of the referenced letter) August 2, 2005. The information submitted is consistent with observations by the Division during Division inspections.
