No.: Pond #4 <br />Inspection Period: Fourth Quarter 2005 <br />Inspection Date: 12/28/2005 <br />General Description or Reference to Site Plan: <br />This pond receives run-off from the Development Waste Pile area. Ponds are referenced in section <br />2.05.3(4) od the New Elk permit. Cleanout is called for when the average sediment level reaches <br />an elevafion of 7449'.
