No.: Pond #10A-Loadout <br />Inspection Period: Second Quarter 2007 <br />Inspection Date: 627/07 <br />General Description or Reference to Site Plan: <br />This pond is located east of the coal loadout facility and south of the railroad tracks <br />The pond is partiaf(y incised into alluvium and the embankment keyed into fhe <br />subsurface strata. Side copes are less than 2H:1V. The pond discharges into Lorencito <br />Canyon Creek. <br />EMBANKMENT <br />1). Adequacy of the vegetative cover. <br />2). Erosion forming Gullies: <br />3).
