Fugitive emissions from conve}- or transfer points shall be controlled <br />~3- water spray- sufficient to maintain conre,3~ed material moisture <br />content at :i% or greater. <br />• 2. Fugitive emissions from loading finished product into transport <br />vehicles shall be controlled b~~ rater spray- and by- minimizing drop <br />height. <br />3. Lirpaved haul roads shall be watered or treated with chemical dust <br />suppressant. Traffic r.i11 be restricted to established roadr.,ays. <br />1. Surfaces left undisturbed for 6 months or more shall be revegetated and <br />/or r.,atered regularly- to maintain surface moisture content of 3% or <br />greater. <br />• <br />
