The Division's approval of the proposed control plan is based on the submitted production level as <br />listed below. Prior to any increase in daily ar annual production rates, the applicant shall submit <br />a Revised Air Pollutant Emission Notice and Control Plan which will be subject to Division review <br />and approval to ensure compliance with the National Ambient Air Quality Standards for particulate <br />matter. Annual records of the actual production rate shall be maintained by the applicant and <br />made available to the Division for inspection upon request. <br />Production of coal shall not exceed 3400 tons/hour or 4,000,000 tons/year. <br />Note to Permit Holder: <br />The following emissions of total suspended particulates (TSP) are estimated based on the <br />production rates listed above. This information is listed to inform the operator of the Division's <br />analysis of the TSP emissions. This information is listed on the Division's emission inventory <br />system. <br />Total Suspended Particulates: 116.1 tons/year <br />6. , Activities covered by this permit are: <br />~a. Mine ventilation shaft operating at 1,000,000 cfm. <br />• ' b. Transfer of up to 4 million tons of coal per year from slopebelt to stacker tube feed belt. <br />Transfer will be totally enclosed. <br />~ c. Transfer of up to 4 million tons per year coal from stacker tube belt to the stacker tube. Transfer <br />will be totally enclosed. <br />'d. Transfer of up to 3,650,000 tons per year coal from stacker tube to coal stockpile. This transfer <br />will be partially enclosed. <br />,e. Load by gravity of up to 4 million tons per year of coal to a reclaim tunnel belt under the coal <br />stockpile. Transfer will be partially enclosed. <br />~' f. Load up to 500,000 tons per year coal out of stockpile into haul trucks by front end loader or <br />equal. <br />-g. Truck haul up to 500,000 tons per year coal from stockpile 0.8 miles to Tipple #2 over unpaved <br />roadways. <br />"h. Maintenance of 500,000 ton coal stockpile. <br />i/ i.
