Mine water is still being <br />directed to Pond 003• Pond 002 is not discharging. All <br />parameters reported are within effluent limitations. <br />Wyoming Fuel Company collected a sample from Pond 003 <br />discharge for biomonitoring on June 29, 1988• The effluent was <br />found to be nontoxic to Ceriodaphnia. The biomonitoring report <br />is enclosed. Wyoming Fuel Company is continuing to investigate <br />the toxicity effects of the drilling fluid on mine water.
