P.M., and more fully described as follows:
Beginning at the Meander Corner on the East
Line of said Section 11:
Thence S 83°15' W 528.0 feet; thence S 47°45'
W 228.0 feet; thence S 56°55' E 300.0 feet;
thence S 87°09' E 440.0 feet; thence North
390.0 feet to the point of beginning. Con-
taining 3.7 acres, more or less.
The northerly line in each of said parcels being
from the field notes of the Surveyor General as approved on
February 24, 1887, and January 5, 1888.
TOGETHER with all and singular the hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining,
and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders,
rents, issues and profits thereof; and all the estate,
right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever, of the
said party of the first part, either in law or equity, of,
in and to the above bargained premises, with the hereditaments
and appurtenances; To Have and To Hold the said premises
above bargained and described, with the appurtenances, unto
Glen Chambers and Dorothy I. Chambers, as joint tenants, the
said parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns
forever.
And the said Agnes Hunt, party of the first part,
for herself, her heirs, executors and administrators, does
covenant, grant, bargain and agree to and with the said
parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns, the
above bargained premises in the quiet and peaceable possession
of said parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns,
against all and every person or persons lawfully claiming or
to claim the whole or any part thereof, by, through or under
the said party of the first part to tdARRANT AND FOREVER
DEFEND.
