MINED LA~ILDLIFE STATEMENT/EVALUATION wised) <br />for limited impact and select regular mine applications <br />The following information pertaining to wildlife is provided for use by Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board in their consideration of a mining permit for: <br />Dnrlaci to Rnck Co Carr Gravel Resource Sec 35 East of UPR ROW T11N R67W and SW`,,, <br />Name/Tvpe and Location of Mine (Legal) <br />SW'gNW~ and the W'~ S$~ NW1,, of Sec 26, T11N, R67W and W`2, SW`,,NE`,,, SWi NWT NEZ and SE`g less <br />Wildlife Species list: 39.09 acres in the SEy, Sec 1, T10N, R67W, Weld County <br />Deer, antelope, coyote, fox, skunk, raccoon, rabbits, waterfowl, dove, <br />magpie, crow, raptors, numerous small rodents, and seasonal songbirds.. <br />Endangered/critical species/impacted: <br />No known threatened or endangered species. <br />Critical habitats/vegetative communities impacted: <br />N/A <br />Assessment of impact: <br />The application indicates that the floodplain and trees will not be disturbed, <br />as this is the prime habitat for wildlife in this area. The impacts for wildlife <br />will be minimal. However, there will be some negative impacts due to the presence <br />of men and machinery. <br />Mine Reclamation recommendations (include key species/habitats for which restoration <br />is designed). <br />SCS specifications should be used for reseeding to a dryland pasture grass <br />reclamation.
