All review and discussion periods as provided <br />in the Act and the Rules b Regulations (as amended, effective July 1978) promulgated <br />thereunder initiate from this date of filing, unless you notify us by ~.r• ~C'~ that <br />you wish a later filing date, as per amended RULE 1.1(10) of the aforementioned Rules <br />& Regulations. Please refer to this RULE concerning local Qovernment approval, as well. <br />The tentative date for consideration of your application by the Mined Land Reclamation <br />Board will be ~A,:~. ~~*;~~. You should commence publication of a notice of <br />filing of this application ccordingly (see reverse side for notice format). Notice <br />requirements can be found in RULE 3.~ Because the date for consideration may be <br />subject to revision, please do not include it in your notice.
