Long <br />9 9 PP ~ivision Director <br />Dear Interested Person: <br />The Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology (DMG) has received an objection to the Soaring <br />Eagle Gravel Pit application. <br />Pursuant to Rule 1.7.4 and 1.4.6, DMG has scheduled an Informal Conference for May 17, 1999. <br />Rule 1.4.6(2) states, At the /nforma! Conference, each person objecting to the approval of the <br />application shall set forth the grounds for the objection. Similarly, The Applicant, and any other <br />person supporting the issuance of the application, shalt present the grounds necessary to support <br />the issuance of the application.
