Effluent Limitations <br />Beginning no later than the effective date of this permit and lasting through January 31, 2008, the pemtittee is authorized to <br />discharge from outfall 001, treated mine drainage water from the JD-7 mine which is prior to entering the unnamed tributary <br />to East Paradox Creek; and outfall 002, treated mine drainage water from the JD-9 mine which is prior to entering the <br />unnamed tributary to Fawn Springs which goes to Bull Canyon. <br />In accordance with the Water Quality Control Comrttission Regulations for Effluent Limitations, Section 62.4, and the <br />Colorado Discharge Permit System Regulafions, Section 61.8(2), 5 C.C.R. 1002-61, the permitted dischazge shall not contain <br />effluent parameter concentrations which exceed the following limitations specified below or exceed the specified flow <br />limitation. <br />Outfalls 001, 002 <br />Effluent Parameter <br />Flow, MGD <br />pH, s.u.
