4-126 <br /> <br />• <br />/ collection is incomplete for reasons noted on page 4-124, and <br />has been discontinued pending relocation to a site near the <br />mouth of Munger Canyon. <br />4.10.1 Air Quality Plan <br />Sheridan Enterprises, Inc. has received approval from the Air <br />Pollution Control Division of the Colroado Department of Health <br />through Emission Permit No. C-12, 169 (FDI for operation of a <br />coal mine in Munger Canyon (see Ap endix E). The permit covers <br />all operational aspects of the activity. Only a minimum of <br />disturbance and resultant air emissions are expected in conjunction <br />with the continued activities at the mine site. <br />Plans for control of potential for emission of air pollutants <br />are outlined as below. These include but are not limited to <br />the terms and conditions of the Emission Permit granted by the <br />Colorado Department of Health. <br />Q Particulate emissions from above ground activities <br />will not exceed 20 percent opacity. <br />Spraybars will be utilized on crushing equipment <br />during operation. <br />0 4~ater will be applied to the access road and work <br />areas to control dust during dry periods. If <br />necessary, surfactant and binder materials will <br />be added. <br />o A posted 15 mph speed limit will be enforced within <br />the permit area to assist in control of dust generation. <br />• <br />
