Lenkey: <br />As requested, attached aze DMR's for June 2004 which represents the effective date of our new NPDES permit. <br />During June, outfalls 002 and 020 dischazged routinely throughout the month. Outfalls 001, 005, 008, 009, OI 1, 012, <br />013, 014, 015, 016, 017, 018, 019, 021 and 023 did not dischazge during the quarter. Outfalls 022 and 024 aze <br />associated with sediment ponds that have not yet been constmcted. No discharges are reported for these outfalls. <br />Values reported on the enclosed DMRs represent the maximum (or rninimum as applicable) monthly/daily values <br />genemred at each outfall during the quarter. <br />Also enclosed is the monthly NOAA weather sumtnary for the reporting period. Quarterly WET tests for outfalls <br />002 and 020 were reported under the second quarter reports submitted in July. No exceedences of WET test <br />limitations were observed at any tested outfalls during the applicable reporting periods. <br />No exceedences of primary effluent limitations occurred during the month.
