Outfall 001A (62 FCT) flawed each week only during the months of October and November. Subzero
temperatures in early December resulted in water freezing within the culvert leading from the sedimentation pond to the Outfall
weir. Thus, no discernable flow was observed, and no water quality samples were collected in December. No permit limitation
exceedences were noted during the quarter.
A Quarterly Whole Effluent Toxicity (WET) test was conducted for Outfall 001W in October 2005. This site passed far bolh P.
Promelas, and C. Dubia. Copies of the WETTest Report Forms are included with this submittal.
Please contact me directly at (970) 870-2750 for any further questions or additional information
~q~//~
Brian A.
