PROPOSED PUBLIC NOTICE Pursuant to the Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board published August, 1980, and. pursuant to the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Reclamation Act 34-33-101 et seq., notice is hereby given of the filing of a Technical Revision to the existing Colowyo Coal Mine, Mining Permit-Coal No. C-019-81, by Colowyo Coal Company, 5731 State Highway 13, Meeker, Colorado 81641, with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Division, Colorado Department of Natural Resources, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 423, Denver, Colorado 80203. The request for a Technical Revision is to provide for the construction and operation of a loading facility for stoker coal adjacent to the existing Colowyo loadout, which will include an incidental boundary change. All of the lands to be affected by this Technical Revision are . owned by Colowyo Coal Company, are located approximately 28 miles south of Craig, Colorado, are west of Colorado Highway 13/789 and east of Wilson Creek, are all in Moffat County, Colorado, and are located on U.S. Geological Survey 7.5 minute quadrangle Map No. N4015-W10145/7.5 {Axial, - Colo.), and is more particularly described as follows: •,~;._ ~.~=•.._. _ • ... _.
