The application cannot be approved until the following issues are adequately addressed. Please <br />submit a response to the following issues as soon as possible, but no later than December 30, 2005 so the <br />decision due date set for January 9, 2006 can be met. If you cannot respond by December 30, 2005 please <br />submit a written request for extension of the decision date. If your response, or an extension request, are not <br />received by December 30, 2005 this application may be denied. <br />ADEQUACY ISSUES <br />Aoolication Form <br />1. Please revise item no. 9 on the application form to indicate the quarter section as SW and the quarter- <br />quartersection as NW as this is the location indicated on the maps and legal description provided. <br />2. It appears that the current land use for the site is rangeland, as no sign of industrial use is evident. <br />Please revise the item no. 13 on the application form accordingly. <br />Exhibit C -Pre-mining and Mining Plan Maps <br />3. Please submit, on Exhibit C maps, the information required by Rule 6.4.3 (a) and(g) <br />4. Please show the location and features of the proposed facilities area and differentiate between <br />overburden and topsoil stockpiles. <br />5. If phased mining is to be conducted, please show the phases on the application maps. <br />6. Please ensure all maps are signed and dated by the qualified preparer. <br />Exhibit D -Mining Plan <br />7. Please revise the weed control plan in this section to indicate weed control will be implemented <br />on all affected areas of the site during the entire life of the mine. <br />8. Please specify and commit to a maximum volume for the used, unprocessed asphalt and <br />concrete stockpiles and include disposal costs for the piles in Exhibit L. <br />
