<br />Elk Creek Lease Hydrologic Monitorine <br />Due to the minor conflicts on information from the USFS, the EIS and DWR, OMLLC will <br />initiate a field reconnaissance during the summer of 2003 to reassess and/or reconfirm the <br />:..^.fCrmatlCn relative tC the existence Ct.ponds and n'aJ C7 springs and cePpe lCCateri xx»thin thv Fllr <br />Creek Lease area. We will also attempt to cross-reference the sites with those sites identified <br />under the USFS planning system. The sites will be assessed twice, once in June to evaluate <br />higher, spring flow conditions, and again in September, to evaluate late summer low flow <br />conditions. The condition and status of the hydrologic features, ie. field parameters (ph, <br />temperature, and conductivity) source and estimated flow volumes, condition and size of <br />structures or improvements, etc. will be tabulated for inclusion into Exhibit 2.04-E4. <br />
