Kinard <br />Crowley County Administrator <br />County Courthouse <br />Ordway, Colorado 81063 <br />Re: Crowley County Gravel Pit No. 2 - file No. 82-126 <br />Dear Mr. Kinard: <br />Today, the Mined Land Reclamation Board approved Crowley County's application <br />fora 112 mining and reclamation permit for the above captioned operation. <br />The performace warranty has been received, reviewed and approved. Our <br />Division Director, David C. Shelton, has signed the original performance <br />warranty and signed your ~~opy. The original has been sent to the State <br />Treasurer's vault, and the signed copy is enclosed in this mailing. <br />Therefore, enclosed please find two signed copies of the mining and <br />reclamation permit for this operation. Please have the chairman of the <br />County Commissioners sign each permit copy in the space provided, having <br />his signature notarized in each case. Then, retain one copy for your files <br />and return the other to our Division office within two weeks. <br />Please be advised that, although they have not been included in this mailing, <br />all original application materials as well as any subsequent materials supplied <br />in reply to my adequacy letter are considered an integral part of you permit and <br />are incorporated by reference.
