Miner <br />Builders Aggregate Company, Inc. <br />915 West Beaver Avenue <br />Fort Morgan, Colorado 80701 <br />RE: Board action on Builders Aggregate Company, Inc. sand, gravel, <br />and rock operation. <br />Our File H81-112 <br />Dear Mr. Miner: <br />This is official notification of action taken by the Mined Land Recla- <br />mation Board on June 25, 1981. <br />The aoard approved your application with bond set at $2500 with the <br />stipulation that the areas disturbed by this operation are to be <br />revegetated. This does not include the access-haul roads which is <br />to be Left intact after mining is complete (as per your application). <br />Please submit the composition of the grass mix prior to planting for <br />our files. I suggest that the grass mix include some or all of the <br />following grasses: tall wheatgrass, western wheatgrass, big bluestem, <br />blue grama, sand dropseed, switchgrass, and alkali sacatone. The <br />1ocaZ Soil Conservation Service representative and the local seed <br />distributors may be able to aid you in developing a grass mix for this <br />site. <br />Upon reciept of the surety the permit will be issued and the Cease and <br />Desist order will be lifted.
