Restriction on Use by Grantor. The State's right to 115 <br />use of the property for public fishing and fishing management 116 <br />shall preclude any use or development of the described premises 117 <br />whatsoever by Wyoming Fuel or any other person which would inter- 119 <br />fere with the intended purposes of the easement. Provided, how- 120 <br />ever, that said easement shall be subject to existing grasing 121 <br />leases and any extensions thereof. In order to protect the 122 <br />stream bank and vegetation along the stream from cattle grasing 123 <br />and to provide for access to the stream by cattle, the State may 124 <br />erect appropriate fencing along or within the boundary of the 125 <br />easement property with corridors for watering livestock. Said 126' <br />fencing shall be in accordance with sound fishery management 127 <br />principles and subject to the written approval of Wyoming Fuel, 128 <br />which shall not be unreasonably withheld. <br />4. Fishery Management.
