reaponsibillty, coverage and liability be[sreea them; and

Discharge Permit System Regulations, Section 6.16.0.
4. Availability of Reports
EzcepC for data determined to be confideatlal under Section 308 of the
Federal Clean Water Act and Regulations for the State Discharge Permit
System 6.6.4 (2), all reports prepared is accordance with the terms of
this permit shall be available for public inspection at the offices of
the State Water Quality Control Division and the Regional Administrator.
5. Hodificatlon, Suspension, or Revocation of Permits By the Division
All permit modification, termination or revocation and reissuaace
actions shall be sub]ect to the requirements of the State Discharge
Permit System Regulations, Sections 6.6.2, 6.6.3, 6.8.0 and 6.16.0, 5
C.C.B. 1002-2, ezcept for minor modifications. "tiaor modifications may
only correct typographical errors, require a change Sn the frequency of
monitoring or reporting by the petmittee, change as interim date in a
schedule of compliance or alloy for a change in ownership ar
operational control of a facility including addltian, deactivation or
relocation of discharge points where the Division determines that no
other change is the permit is necessary.
a) This permit may be modified, suspended, or revoked in whole or in
part during Sts term for reasons determined by the Division
Including but not limited to, the following:
Ci) Violation of any terms or conditions of the permit;
(ii) Obtaining a permit by misrepresentation or failing to
disclose any fact which Ss material to the granting or
denial of a permit or to the establishment of terms or
conditions of the permit; or
(iii) *laterially false or inaccurate statements or information in
the application for the permit; or
