At the hearing in this matter Dean Massey, Attorney for <br />Louisiana Pacific advised the Mined Land Reclamation Board that <br />~ • Louisiana Pacific agreed that the permit could be .mended far the <br />purpose of reclaiming that portion of the pit mined by Grand County <br />on what is now Louisiana Pacific property. <br />2.
