Frequency and Sample Type <br /> <br />PART I <br />Page ld of 19 <br />Permit No.: CO-0032115 <br />In order to obtain an indication of the probable compliance or non- <br />compliance with the effluent limitations specified in Part 1.A, the <br />permittee shall monitor all effluent parameters at the following <br />frequencies: <br />Discharge Point(s): 001, 002, 003, 005, 006, 007, 008, 009 and 010. <br />Effluent Parameter <br />Flow, MGD <br />Total Suspended Solids, mg/1 <br />Total Iron, mg/1 <br />Oil and Grease, mg/1 f/ <br />pH, s.u. <br />Salinity ~/ <br />Settleable Solids, ml/1 ~/ <br />Weekly <br />Monthly <br />Monthly <br />Weekly <br />Weekly <br />Quarterly h/ <br />Monthly <br />Sample Type e/ <br />Instantaneous <br />or Continuous <br />Grab <br />Grab <br />Visual or Grab <br />Grab <br />Grab <br />Grab <br />Reporting of the above data shall be on a quarterly basis. Refer to <br />Part I.D.2 for specific requirements. Should a precipitation event or <br />snowmelt occur, the permittee shall submit proof in order for an <br />exemption to be claimed. Said proof shall be submitted as an <br />attachment to the Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) for the appropriate <br />period. ! <br />Sampling for compliance with the monitoring requirements specified <br />above shall be performed at the following locations(s): 001, 002, 003, <br />005, 006, 007, 008, 009 and 010, the outfalls of the sediment ponds as <br />shown in figures 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6. <br />Monitoring by the Division for the purpose of compliance and/or <br />enforcement of the effluent limitations shall be performed as per <br />"Sample Type" specified above. <br />See Part I.C. for Footnotes. <br />Measurement Frequency d/ <br />Amended 2/17/87 <br />Amended _ 9 <br />Code: i - 9 Date: 9 - 84 <br />
