Also, the SWMP <br />shall be implemented when the faciliry begins operations, ar when the general permit ttxiftcation is <br />issued, whichever is later, and updated as appropriate. <br />b. Facility Inspeettons: the permittee will 6e rcquirtd to make a thorough inspection ojthtir stormwater <br />management system, at least twice per year (in the spring and jail). lhese inspections must be <br />dacvrnented and stanmarizrd in the annual repox to the Division. (See Pax I.D.4 of the permit.) <br />c. Sampling: Sampling and testing of stormwatn for spechc paramaers is not required on a routine basis <br />under this permit. However, the Division reserves the right to require sampling and resting beyond this, <br />on a case-by-case basis, at any facliry covered by this permit, in the tvem that rhtrt is reason to stuyect <br />that compliance with the SR'MP is a problem, or to measure the effeaisrness ojthe BMPs in removing <br />pollutams in the tfjlluent. <br />d. Employee Education: The permittee shall develop and implement employee education programs to inform <br />personal at alI levels of rupontibiliry of the componems and goals of the SWMP. <br />C'. Reporting Reauircments <br />All reports required jot submittal shall be signed and cexifred jot accurary by the permittee. (See Pax LD.10 of <br />the oermit.J <br />Procrss Water Dischargers: For permittees rovend under Pax LB of the permit, the previous permit required <br />submittal of a Discharge Monitoring Rtpox (DMRJ on an annual basis. However, this is not frcqutm erough <br />to effeairrly monitor rompliance with the permit by the Division. 7hercforc, ronsistem with most other <br />general process water permits issued by the Division, submittal of the DMR for process waters shall be <br />required on a quaxerly basis for those facilities rovercd under Pax I.B of the permit. <br />For facilities cot allowed ro discharge process water, a repox on whaher or not a discharge of process water <br />has taken place ar the faciliry is required, in later form, on an annual basis. <br />2. Stormwater Dischareers: Ar outlined under Pax I.D.4 ojthe permit, an annual repox court be submitted to <br />the Division, rovrring January 1 through Demnber 31, on the overall rompliancr with the SWMP. <br />71re annual report will be due to the Division on or before February IS of each year (afrer the first full year of <br />roverage under the permit; e. g., if a faciliry is cYrrfred under the permit on Novrmber 1, 1993, the first <br />annual repox will be due by February IS, 1995). The ezaet due date for the permittee's first annual repox <br />will be listed in their pmnit cert~cation. In ro case will an annual repox be due before February IS, 1994, <br />unless specifically directed by the Division. The Division reams the right to require additional informotion <br />in the repox, on a cast-by-care basis, as needed. <br />3. Reooxine of Data -All Permittees: <br />The mailing address for the Division is changing from that in the previous permit.
