SUGGESTED PUBLIC NOTICE FORMAT • For Limited Impact operations, this notice must be published. once a week for two consecutive weeks, the final date of publication being no later than 48 hours prior to the date for Board consi~jeration of the application. For all other operations, this notice must be published once a week for four consecutive weeks, the final date of publication being at least twent~~ days prior to the date for Board consideration. All notices must be published in a newspaper( of general circulation in the locality of the proposed mining operation.
