Exhibit B <br />CONSTRDCTION MATERIAL <br />LIMITED IMPACT (110) OPERATION <br />RECLAMATION PERMTT PACKAGE <br />T-BONE STONE (APPLICANT) <br />EXHIBIT B -Site Description (6.3.2) <br />(1)[aJ The vegetation and soil chazacteristics is described and provided in the <br />attached Soil Conservation Service C0643 statement. <br />(1)[bJ There are no permanent man made structures within two hundred (200) <br />feet of the proposed affected area. See exhibit E -Map. <br />{])[c] There is a well about five hundred (500) feet from the proposed affected <br />area. The condition of this well is unknown. It has not been used in fifty <br />years. There are no other streams, lakes, reservoirs, or ponds that would <br />receive drainage directly from the proposed affected area.
