The Notice or Order is modified as follows for good cause shown,
effective May 3 19 88,
Step 1 of the required abatement, ie. institute a water quality monitoring
program for mine water discharge, Ciruela Canyon, and Purgatoire River, etc;
is now reduced and-will consist of two additional biomonitorinc studies to
be made of the treated mine water alone. during the months of May an d,June,i
1988. Individual studies are, however, to be made of the water being discharged
at each point active at the MINED LAND RECLAMATION DIYISION
