Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division of Minerals and Geology has completed review of the Discharge <br />Monitoring Reports for the Ott' quarter of 2004 and the 1St and 2"d quarters of 2005 for <br />the New Elk Mine. <br />No discharge was reported from any pond during the three quarters reviewed. Pumping <br />from pond 8 to pond 6 to facilitate cleanout is consistent with field observations during <br />Division inspection. <br />We have no further questions at this time.
