Y u are not <br />required to submit thla information, but a submission would assist the Division's pro- <br />cessing of the application. When the Division nottfies the local Bove ment of the <br />existence of this application, it will request information regarding c plianca with <br />applicable local law. Zt is intended that operators may concurrently me into compli- <br />ance with local requirements at the same time the Division is.processi g this applica- <br />tion. Znformstion regarding the status with local government w111 be elpful. <br />E.YN IBIT G - Source of Legal Right to Enter <br />This could be a copy oP the Zease, deed, abstract of title, or currant tax receipt. <br />An acceptable alternative would be a statement acknowledged by a note public that the <br />operator has the legal right to enter and mine. <br />EXffIBIT N - Reclamation Costs <br />For a 110 permit, if the operator requests financial warranty to be le~s than 55,000.00, <br />the operator must submit facts to support such a request. Otherwise, financial warranty <br />of 55,000.00 will automatically be set. For all 111 permits, the fina~icial warranty shalt <br />be $7,500.00 per acre. <br />E Y117BIT I - Terms of Governmental Contracts (lIl Applications only) ~ <br />I <br />For Special 10-Day (lIl) permits, the operator must submit a copy of t e contract or <br />other proof that proves the necessity of a special 10-day permit. The operator must also- <br />submit evidence of the financial warranty provided under the governmen al contract, if <br />it was required. <br />~~. <br />
