<br />EXHIBIT E <br /> <br />heclamation Plan: <br />The guidelines of the local Soil Conservation Service <br />will be followed at the time of reclamation. <br />No slopes steeper than 4:1 will be left. <br />Ground will be grad to conform to surrounding area, and <br />no unsightely objects wi e left. <br />The use of the land after the mining stops will be <br />reverted to rangeland. <br />The mine will not enhance or interfere with the gene ral <br />drainage pattern in the area. The small area of the mine <br />will tend to slow run-off and thus help peevent Erosion. <br />Because this is a maintenance pit it will only bE used <br />Sporadically, however it is an area in which grovel is <br />scarce and the county will plan on counting it a9 an <br />active pit. <br />
