No permit limitation exceedences occurred during this period.
Outfalls 002, 004, 008, 009, 010, 016 and 017 did not discharge during this period. Outfall 020 has not been
construtted yet; therefore, there is no discharge to enable chemical or toxicological testing to date.
Outfall 006 discharged during only three weeks of February and Outfa11007 discharged only two weeks of
February, which reflects as a shortage in the 'frequency of analysis' for reported parameters.
Outfalls 001, 005, and 007 are being tested for Hardness in addition to the required parametets. TCC is conducing
some internal sampling to further explain some issues that have previously been in question with the NPDES
requirements. A copy of these results is included in the submittal.
Please contact me at (970) 670-2730 for any further questions or additional information.
Colorado Yampa Coal Company
vrl~''1~-~-+~
Jove Shoemaker
Environmental Specialist
enclosures
cc: DMG
CWPS Permit No. CO-0027154 file
EPA
