Ownership of the water still remains, although, it is on the permitted areas <br />of Beaz Coal, Beaz does not have water coming from their portals or any areas surrounding the <br />portal azea and the water could have been flowing in the subsoils yeazs before Bear Coal sealed <br />the mine. <br />Please consider this presentation as a request to relieve Bear Coal Company of any short or long <br />term responsibility of this water, facts have shown that this water is probably that of spring water <br />of water that has been accumulated in the old Edward's Mine.
