EXHIBIT A -Legal Description <br />The North Bank property encompasses the proposed permit area for North Bank Resources and <br />is comprised entirely of property owned by North Bank Holdings, LLC. The proposed mining <br />operation will involve Parcels B and C that total approximately 25.230 and 210.385 acres, <br />respectively and cumulatively contain 235.615 acres. In addition, the conveyor route will <br />impact 1.59 acres of property owned by Mr. James Snyder, bringing the total permitted acreage <br />to 237.67 acres.
