i
January 22, 1980
I
Mr. Pasquale Varra
Varra Enterprises, Inc.
2130 S. 96th Street
Broomfield, Colorado 80020
RE: Your Operation in Weld County
Our File No. 74-52
Dear Mr. Varra:
Enclosed is a copy of the replacement bond for the above mentioned operation.
As we discussed over the telephone, the permit for this operation expired on
June 30, 1979. As specified in "The Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act",
Article 32 of Title 34, C.R.S. 1973, as amended - 1976 Session Laws, U.B. 1065,
34-32-109(3), "An application for renewal shall be filed at least ninety days
prior to the expiration of the permit."
i
It is noH: too late to file for a conversion. Basically, we must now follow
all proceedures as found in 34-32-112 in the Act and Rule 2 in the Regulations.
Please submit the new application as soon as possible.
Feel free to contact me if there are any questions.
Sincerely,
I
James B. McArdle
Reclamation Specialist
JBM/co
