7. GENERAL PERMIT FOR DOMESTIC WASTEWATER SEPTIC SYSTEMS(B) WHOSE DESIGN CAPACITY IS LESS THAN 10,000 GALLON6 PER DAY. PERMIT NO.: CGW-620000, State Wide. 8. GENERAL PERMIT FOR DOMESTIC WASTEWATER LAGOON(S) WHOSE DESIGN CAPACITY IS LESS THAN 100,000 GALLONS PER DAY. PERMIT NO.: CGW-630000, State Wide. State Tentative Determination: State tentative determinations have been made in conjunction with the U_S_ EPA that limitations and conditions imposed in these permits implement all applicable statutes and regulations and water quality standards_ Public Meetings: Pursuant to 25-8-502(3)(b), by April 7, 1995, interested persons may submit a written request for a public meeting on the tentative determination. The Division, after considering all requests, may grant a public meeting for good cause shown. It will be held within sixty (60) days of the date of public notice. PuIIlic Comments: Purse*_ant to 25-8-502(3)(c) interested persons may submit writteir comments os the tentative determination provided they are received by the Division by April 7, 2995. All comments received prior to said date will be considered in the formulation of final conditions and limitations. If a public meeting is held, the public comment period shall close sixty (6D) days following the public notice. Requests for public meetings and public comments may be directed to the Colorado Department of Health, Water Quality Control Division, Permits and Enforcement Section, 4300 Cherry Creek Drive South, Denver, Colorado 80222-1530. Following the public comment period and the public meeting, if one is held, the Department will issue or deny the final permit. Interested parties then have thirty (30) days to request an adjudicatory hearing on the permit.
