The subject facility was deactivated in the eazly 1980's, and most of the
facility has been dismantled. No storage of any petroleum, bulk non-petroleum, or dry
bulk non-petroleum products has occurred at this site following deactivation of the
facility. We monitor one Outfall (001) at the Facility weekly. Based upon our
conversation, it is my understanding that aMCP/SPCC is unnecessary since 1) the
facility is inactive, 2) no storage occurs there, and 3) none of the requirements under the
SPCC rule would be applicable.
If you have any other comments, please contact me directly at (970) 870-2750.
Sincerely,
~ i, ; r--- - ---
Brian A.
