PUBLIC NOTICE
Eldon & Cornelia Reynolds, 691 Veinte Drive, Delta, CO 81416, [phone] have
filed an application for a Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation
Boazd under provisions of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of
Construction Materials. The proposed mine is known as the Reynolds Pit and is located
at or neaz NEl/4SE1/4, Section 1S, Township IS South, Range 96 West, 6~' Prime
Meridian, Delta County, Colorado.
The proposed date of commencement is August 2, 2006, and the proposed date of
completion is October 30, 2021. The proposed future use of the land is Rangeland.

Comments Concerning the application and exhibits must be in writing and must be
received by the Division of Minerals and Geology by 4:00 p.m. on July 20, 2006.
